The solid ice probe is suited for measurement of the immersion and surface temperature of frozen goods. The punch marker spike is used to prepare a hole for the immersion temperature measurement. The homogeneity of the temperature of the frozen measuring goods can be controlled by comparing the immersion and surface temperature.
